  • Deliver an iterative synthesis of requirements and contextualized needs from patients and clinical stakeholders to ensure uptake and usage that complies with legal and ethical constraints.

  • Provide the basis for the hospital discharge report standard.

  • Update requirements and propagates them to WPs designs and concludes with pilots and clinical validation.
