The Olšanské náměstí tram/bus stop is located directly in front of the hotel.

From Prague Main Railway Station: take tram 9 from the Hlavní nádraží stop (Bolzanova Street) and get off at Olšanské náměstí (3 stops, approx. 5 minutes).

From Václav Havel Airport Prague: take trolleybus 59 to Nádraží Veleslavín → change to Metro A towards Depo Hostivař → get off at Můstek → continue by tram 9 to Olšanské náměstí. Allow approximately 50–60 minutes for the whole journey.

Please note that Flora Metro Station is currently closed for reconstruction and Metro A trains pass through without stopping.

A 90-minute public transport ticket covers the entire journey and costs CZK 46 in the PID Lítačka app or CZK 50 as a paper ticket.

The official airport taxi service is Uber Airport.

Practical Information for International Participants

A few essentials to help you plan your trip to Prague:

  • Currency: Czech koruna (CZK). Card payments are widely accepted, but it's worth carrying a small amount of cash.

  • Electricity: standard European plug type C/E, 230 V.

  • Weather: early October in Prague is typically mild autumn weather — check the forecast closer to your trip.

  • Language: the conference is held in English; the local language is Czech.

  • Emergency number: 112 (European emergency number).
