How can Europe move from measuring quality to actively improving stroke care? The RES-Q+ Final Conference brings together clinicians, health authorities, researchers, patient organisations and digital health leaders to discuss how quality data, AI and patient-reported outcomes can transform stroke care across Europe.

It's the closing, public event of RES-Q+, a Horizon Europe project built on the global Registry of Stroke Care Quality (RES-Q): collect data more easily, use it more wisely, and support patients better.

On the agenda:

  • Using quality data to support clinical decision-making

  • Reducing documentation burden with AI — safely

  • Connecting hospitals to the European digital health ecosystem

  • Turning patient-generated data into better long-term care
